Duties: Responsible for designing, developing & testing database solutions& bi-directional ETL (extract, transform, load) processes ; design and development of SQL and PL/SQL scripts; design and develop
mapping and maplets; design and develop scripts; create and maintain batch jobs
for the test system; create and execute test cases using the scripts, programs
and automated tools development; provide inputs and clarifications to
cross-functional team members and management of test activities; and
participate in agile sprint (SCRUM) planning, retrospective, daily standups and
prioritization meetings to present analysis and validation results.
Requirements:
Employer will accept Bachelor-s degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, followed by five
years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five
years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a related
occupation, or Master-s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or
related field and three years of work experience in job offered or three years
of work experience in a related occupation. Experience must include one year of
experience with each of the following:
1. Experience
designing and developing SQL and PL/SQL scripts using Oracle database;
2. Experience
designing and developing mapping and maplets using Informatica power center;
3. Experience
creating and maintaining batch jobs in Autosys and ControlM;
4. Experience
in Insurance Domain, Guidewire Policy and Billing Center software application;
5. Experience
creating and executing test cases using the scripts, programs and automated
tools developed using Selenium and Python;
6. Experience
with QA testing or Product Application support;
7. Experience
with Test activities from test planning, design & execution, test strategy
definition and deployment;
8. Experience
in Rally, HP QC ALM and Visual Studio Team System (VSTS) for project tracking;
9. Experience
participating in agile sprint (SCRUM) planning, retrospective, daily standups
and prioritization meetings to present analysis and validation results.
Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites
throughout the United States.
