Veralto

On September 14, 2022, Danaher announced its intention to separate its Environmental & Applied Solutions segment to create an independent, publicly traded company. The new company will be called Veralto and will be comprised of an outstanding collection of market-leading brands in Danaher’s Environmental and Applied Solutions (EAS) segment: Hach, ChemTreat, Trojan, OTT HydroMet, and McCrometer from Danaher’s Water Quality Platform and Videojet, Esko, X-Rite Pantone and Linx from the Product Identification Platform. The EAS segment generated revenue of approximately $4.8 billion in 2022 and has a global team of approximately 16,000 associates.

Your Responsibilities

The Corporate Procurement Data Engineer is responsible for leading the design and implementation of data analytics that ensure data capturing, management, and delivery within surrounding Veralto Data Exchange (VDE) and the existing applications. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, reliable, detailed, data curious and driven to produce high quality work. This individual must thrive in a decentralized, multi operating company and fast-paced environment. This position will help foster the precise procurement actions to execute the strategies necessary, across the businesses, to ultimately deliver the essential insight and data quality that will generate value-add actions.

Your Attributes

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:?

+ Develop and maintain procurement business intelligence reporting interface and data warehouse.

+ Work collaboratively across various internal business partners to drive engagement and utilization while gathering and incorporating feedback to improve the quality of provided products to the enterprise.

+ Monitor and improve data quality and reliability.

+ Create and maintain supporting documentation for development and end users.

+ Maintain and enhance a simple web application for users to manually enter data for those data streams not captured by the automated portions of the data warehouse.

Your Experience

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ Bachelor’s degree in business Intelligence, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain or related field.

+ Experience in creating and maintaining a simple web application primarily used to read / write tabular data.

+ 3 + years of experience in relevant job or field of technology.

+ Professional Supply Chain Experience a plus in addition to 3+ Years of experience in each of the following:

+ ETL Systems Development (Azure preferred)

+ Database Management / Administration

+ BI Report Development and Management

+ Proficiency in each of the following:

+ SQL / MS SQL

+ Microsoft Azure Data Factory

+ Microsoft Azure Logic Apps / Power Automate

+ Power BI Report Development & Data Modeling

+ including DAX and Power Query

+ SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)

+ SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)

+ Excel

+ Basic Comprehension of:

+ Java Script

+ HTML

+ CSS

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:?

+ Training or education in technical fields.

+ Experience with:

+ UI/UX

+ Data Science

+ Web Development
