Job Description
- Plan and establish sequence of operations to most efficiently produce and assemble mechanical parts for commercial, residential and LULA elevator components and equipment by utilizing lean manufacturing process method.
- Review engineering specifications, client orders and related information and analyze the efficiency of manufacturing methods, procedures and activities.
- Estimate production costs, cost saving methods, and the effects of product design changes on expenditures for management review, action and control.
- Draft and design layout of equipment, materials and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency using drafting tools and software.
- Coordinate and implement quality control objectives, activities, and procedures to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
