Job Description
Description:
This position will be for a maintenance lead who will have both electrical and mechanical skills – diagnose and troubleshoot motor issues, sprockets, air compressors, etc.
+ Troubleshoot rotational mold equipment (plastics)
+ Perform PM’s on all machinery
+ Change out 3 phase motors
+ 480V
+ Basic PLC troubleshooting input/output
+ Replace pumps, gears, valves, bearings, switches, relays, sensors, etc…
70% mechanical – 30% electrical
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ mechanical knowledge
+ own their own tools
+ troubleshooting experience
+ flexibility with OVERTIME
+ change out 3 phase motors
+ experience troubleshooting PLC’s(basic)
