Your Role:
The Operations – Financial Analyst will report to the Director of Operations Finance – Planning & Analysis in our Reynolds Cooking & Baking business Unit. This role will provide the opportunity to cross-collaborate among the many key partners within our organization, including VP of Operations, Plant controllers, Supply chain, Demand planners and Marketing groups. You will have the opportunity to:
+ Partner with key stakeholders to provide an understanding of the financial results of our business and provide insight into key drivers.
+ Collaborate heavily with our plant controllers on standard cost updates, plant spend including capital expenditures, as well as involvement in commodity cost modeling.
+ Assist in the development of Operational forecasts, interpreting data and presenting comparative changes to the Operations/Executive teams.
+ Provide the Treasury/Executive teams with inventory forecasting to enable sound cash flow decisions.
+ Be involved in development of annual standard costs and support plant controllers with financial analysis during annual planning cycle.
+ Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization.
+ Develop strong relationships across the organization, collaborating on key projects.
+ Support development of the Reynold’s Cooking & Baking business unit quarterly/annual financial plan and strategic objectives.
+ Assist in month-end reporting of financial results – telling the financial story for our business unit.
+ Develop unique solutions to complex problems, with a focus on driving business profitability and cash flow management.
+ Complete ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.
Overall, the role will provide exposure to one of our company’s most diverse portfolio of products, getting the chance to assist on key projects and exposure to the leadership team.

We need you to have:
+ BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting
+ 2-4 years relevant Finance experience
+ Advanced Excel skills
+ High degree of accountability and a demonstrated ability to drive results with a “get it done” attitude
+ Quick and agile learner, able to think critically with strong problem solving skills
+ Independent but enjoy collaborating and working with a high-performance team
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and successfully juggle multiple tasks at once.
Icing on the cake:
+ Working towards completion of CPA, MBA or other advanced degree
+ Manufacturing industry/Plant costing experience
