Job Summary
This position is responsible for successfully architecting and implementing our holistic HR Technology Strategy including implementing our Workday platform. This includes end to end, cross functional Workday subject matter expertise in all modules especially Core HRMS, Benefits, Talent Suite, while understanding and partnering with our Payroll and Time and Labor areas. Responsible for managing HR Technology staff to optimize and integrate our HR Technology platform. Provides direction and resources for the management of plans, timelines, budget and management reporting for projects and demand management requests. Collaborates with all Human Resources areas, IT and other divisions to provide integrated and effective corporate and business solutions, optimize and ensure the cost-effective use of HR technology and self-service and delivers return on investment (ROI) commitments to meet corporate goals and priorities. This person would also be able to temporarily perform the duties of the HR Technology leader in their absence.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor Degree in Business, Information Management, or Human Resources.
* 10 years of combined experience in: management and implementation of workforce-related technologies; human resources operations and/or project management; and information management and reporting.
* Knowledge of internal human resource policies and processes.
* Knowledge of general trends and innovations for human capital and information management.
* Knowledge of emerging technologies in human resources and employee enablement.
* Planning, budgeting, and project management skills.
* Ability to manage and facilitate change.
* Ability to work with all levels of management.
* Negotiations and problem-solving skills.
* Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous HR Systems Consulting/Outsourcing experience
* Previous Health Care Industry experience
