Manage and supervise a team of 10+ Account Managers, while working with the CEO to guide client relations, outreach, and program initiatives in dental healthcare across the U.S. Responsible for driving operations, tracking analytics, client communication, and overall project development. Supervise and train account managers that are responsible for managing the process of fee negotiations for dentists. Create and maintain the documentation guides for all 50 states on how the insurance companies interact with each other. Assist the account managers in building a strategy for each account (dental office) to get the highest reimbursements from the dental insurance. Obtain weekly reports from account managers and conduct regular meetings with staff to ensure expectations are being set and met. Create reporting formats in a reporting software to allow publishing of metrics. Provide weekly reports to the CEO. Assist in the hiring process of Account Managers, ensuring that they have strong knowledge and experience in the dental insurance field. Establish or implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures in conjunction with managers, and other staff members. Assist with the hiring and training of employees and overseeing the needs of the facilities.
