+ Participate and lead analysis and design sessions to capture functional and technical requirements related to clients’ sales, marketing, service, and operational needs

+ Lead and manage client projects through all phases of the project lifecycle (sales, planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, training, and support)

+ Demonstrate expert understanding of the CRM solution and how to work with prospect and clients on building a conceptual design based on solicited requirements and best practices

+ Document client business requirements, technical specifications, and user stories, and ensure all have been satisfied through the implementation

+ Lead sessions with clients to demonstrate completed features

+ Configure, test, and deploy the CRM solution and any associated applications

+ Create and execute test scripts, facilitate user acceptance testing

+ Train end users on the system platform and build necessary documentation

+ Set and manage expectations with the client regarding the project

+ Maintain appropriate communication with all Wipfli and client project team members to assure the project is meeting established expectations around time, scope, and budget

+ Assign tasks as appropriate to consultants; review their work for accuracy and thoroughness

+ Mentor consultants and assist them with client management responsibilities

+ Assist in R&D capacity to understand the needs of the market and design solutions to meet those needs; work with the consultants to build identified solutions to take to market

+ Perform emergency on-site or remote support as needed as requested by client or other consultants when urgent issues arise

+ Evaluate and identify other potential needs for a client

+ Support business development efforts through scoping, configuring, and demonstrating CRM solution and other digital transformation strategies

+ Support marketing efforts through events, webinars, whitepapers, and blogging

+ Proactively establish and manage client and prospect relationships

+ Assist in the development of work plans, proposals, and engagement letters in preparation of client

Qualifications:

+ 4-10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM implementations, defining business requirements, business process management and client relationship management

+ 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM -based Business Analysis experience

+ 2+ years of project management experience in a professional services or similar environment

+ Expert level understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM product suite, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing

+ Expert understanding of logical data modeling

+ Superior written and verbal communication skills

+ Strong propensity for innovative thinking balanced with disciplined rigor and following proven methodologies

+ Strong desire to help clients maximize value by leveraging technology and process improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM in Construction/Real Estate, Nonprofit, or Manufacturing industries

+ Professional Services delivery experience preferred

+ Experience with advanced Microsoft Excel and Visio concepts

+ Experience with Agile project management methodology and supporting tools (JIRA or DevOps)

+ Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM certifications

+ Undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, Economics, or other related field of study

The estimated pay range for this position is: $75,000 to $130,000. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals’ skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws. Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
