Your Role:
This position’s specific responsibilities are to plan the distribution of inventory within the RCP warehouse network per the specific business unit goals, ensure optimal inventory deployment and manage inventory levels to meet service levels. The position requires strong analytical and computer skills combined with the ability to deal with large amounts of quantitative data. This individual must have the ability to actively listen to supply chain issues, efficiently troubleshoot problems and implement solutions in a timely manner. You will have the opportunity to:
+ Drive customer satisfaction by balancing inventory levels across network to meet customer demand
+ Developing ongoing rapport to engage cross-functionally within the Supply Chain
+ Build understanding and familiarity with RCP’s Supply Chain and identify areas of opportunity
+ Assist Business Units in driving toward goal achievement
+ Review data to identify inventory and delivery exceptions
+ Define plan to resolve issues short term and long term
+ Answer material need requests as required

We need you to have:
+ BA/BS degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience
Icing on the cake:
+ 2+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, or Warehousing preferred
+ SAP experience preferred
+ Previous experience in a CPG environment helpful
