Job Description
Reporting to the Director, is responsible for handling fee-related issues within the Educator Licensure Information System (ELIS), including running daily and end-of-month balances, balancing fees collected with fees returned within a specific time period, and correcting any fee issues in the system. this individual will provide exemplary customer service to educators and Regional Offices of Education through timely resolution of fee issues and timely upload of educator application documents into ELIS.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Rectifies fee-related issues in the Educator Licensure Information System (ELIS).
- Runs regular reports to check for errors and balance fees collected with fees returned.
- Provides quality customer service to educators and school districts by accurately and efficiently uploading transcripts and other licensure application documents to ELIS, and assists with fixes and enhancements in ELIS.
- Responds to basic educator licensure questions from educators, Regional Offices of Education, and other stakeholders via email and phone.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
