Bentley Software Administrator

Position Profile
The Bentley Software Administrator (BSA) is responsible for managing and maintaining Bentley software and related tools. The BSA will ensure that all Bentley software packages are configured to meet the needs of the organization and its users. Additionally, the BSA will provide technical support, training, and guidance to end-users to ensure they are utilizing the software effectively.
A Day in Life of a Bentley Software Administrator at Hanson
Here’s a snapshot of this role’s responsibilities:
+ Manage and maintain Bentley software and related tools.
+ Configure Bentley software to meet the needs of the organization and its users
+ Help develop and maintain CAD software standards and procedures
+ Provide technical support, training, and guidance to end-users to ensure they are utilizing the software effectively
+ Troubleshoot technical issues related to Bentley software
+ Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure CAD software is integrated properly into the organization’s overall IT infrastructure
+ Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of CAD software and related technologies
What We’re Looking For
We feel the following qualifications would set you up for success in this role:
+ Strong knowledge of Bentley software applications to include Microstation, OpenRail, OpenRoads, ProjectWise (Hosted), PowerGeopak, PowerInRoads, Context Capture
+ Familiarity with CAD-related hardware such as graphics cards and workstations
+ Experience in developing and maintaining CAD software standards and procedures
+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
+ Familiarity with networking and IT infrastructure concepts
Education/Experience:
+ Proven experience supporting Bentley applications, 5+ years of experience desired
Pay range: 65,000-110,000 per year
