Job Overview:
The Technical Services Manager’s role is to plan, coordinate, and supervise the activities related to the platform configuration, device configuration, and configuration management of the Nuclear Security Systems. This position is also responsible for overseeing technical resources during onsite system installations. This individual will proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to guide his/her team on issues related to the configuration and deployment of mission-critical information and software.

responsibilities:
+ Deliver custom security solutions which are developed in-house
+ Analyze platform design requirements and implement design plans based on requirements
+ Create installation and configuration documents as required and document platform configuration
+ Assist installation team during customer deployments
+ Troubleshoot complex hardware and software systems
+ Provide oversight and manage project schedules for technical services team
+ Balance customer and team-lead responsibilities, prioritizing and addressing the needs of both
+ Facilitate collaboration between team members and the other departments
+ Coach, mentor and professionally develop the staff
