Job Description
As part of a professional team, develop and engineer software modules and applications to operate on an MS Dynamics CRM platform, participating in the migration of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service functions across multiple lines of business onto the Dynamics platform. Duties: provide subject matter expertise for Dynamics and Azure cloud technologies while proposing, designing, developing, testing, and deploying software modules and applications to fulfill business needs; partner with the business to understand their needs and work with them to define requirements for specific application functions and demonstrate the Dynamics capabilities in order to implement the best solutions; work with different lines of business to develop a new Customer Service Agent Desktop application within Dynamics 365; assist in developing various integrations with other existing business processes and applications; define and analyze software application requirements to determine specifications and standards; collaborate within the project team on the development and design of applications; coordinate with the testing team on resolution of identified defects on developed applications; incorporate user feedback into the application/product design.
