Join us!The Senior Analyst, Workday Human Resources (Human Capital Management - HCM) is responsible for the configuration, maintenance and optimization of the Workday tenant with a focus on HCM. This position provides configuration support across all HCM modules, including core HCM, Recruiting, Time, Absence, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, and Payroll. Conducts and/or reviews intake for system solution requests, including new or enhanced reports, optimizations, break fixes, and new feature adoptions. Documents business and system requirements, solutions options, test scripts and results. Recommends solutions to support business processes and needs, which are primarily contained to Workday tenant but can extend to additional periphery technologies. Collaborates with enterprise Workday administrators to support Workday feature updates, testing and other projects as assigned. This position also supports human resources and other subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity through user enablement, training, and auditing. Provides support for escalated user tickets and covers ticket management as needed. Serves as an active member of the Workday Community to stay up-to-date on HCM roadmaps and feature adoption opportunities. Serves as Workday Named Support Contact.

System configuration to design, build, optimize and continuously improve Workday tenant

Partners with HR and other business partners to identify and implement process improvements

Conducts and/or reviews intake sessions with business partners to gather and agree upon requirements, project/effort scope, timelines and communication cadence

Researches, tests and recommends solutions per requirements

Implements and documents configuration changes

Increase data integrity by analyzing metrics, building dashboards, conducting audits to identify issues, providing root cause resolutions

Human resources functional partner support

Provide day to day support to the human resources team with report administration and system enhancements within Workday.

Responds to new and changing business needs by gathering requirements from business leads and completing corresponding configuration changes

Supports partners with periphery systems that depend on Workday data. Coordinates with IT Workday partners for integration requirements and maintenance

In collaboration with total rewards and IT Workday partners, manages integrations (benefits, etc.) and resolves issues

Reporting and analytics

Identify and establish reporting needs and opportunities based on the business initiative at hand

Analyze, and report data trends, and share that information with stakeholders.

Liaison between the business and IT to identify and build a solutions for the business analytics

Maintains library of HCM-related reports in Workday, ensuring security access as needed

Build configurations that generate solid, business relevant data.

Build reports based on business needs, satisfied both internal and external reporting needs.

Collaborate with enterprise Workday partners for system maintenance and improvement

In conjunction with Workday IT partner, stays abreast of Workday NSC notifications, communicates and follows up as needed

Participates in security audits, including user lock-outs/ inactivations due to non-compliance

Key contributor to Workday feature release deployments, including review and research of planned updates, tests impacts in Sandbox and/or Preview tenants, recommends system enhancements to Director and business partners, completes configurations utilizing consulting hours as necessary, maintains adoption planning documentation

User enablement and support

Creates user procedure documents, recorded demos and other training materials

Maintains job aid worklet and posts documents to Sharepoint

Presents live and recorded training sessions

Delivers dashboards and reports to assist in user enablement. Resolves escalated user tickets by performing root cause analysis and corresponding configuration adjustments

Analyzes support trends to identify opportunities for system optimizations and user training

Serves as first tier support back up

Data integrity and system readiness capabilities

Develop configurations that support business growth and enable flexibility in future
