The Lamination Helper functions supports the activities of the Asst. Laminator Operator. This position is responsible for assisting the laminator operator to meet production schedules, and maintain compliance to company and customer quality standards, and policies in the Lamination Department.
Job Duties
+ Compliance with all Company Quality System, Operational, and Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices, including safety and housekeeping procedures.
+ Ensure efficient production of a quality product on a day to day basis.
+ Maintain supply of adhesive for both lines.
+ Load & unload material onto machine.
+ Assist with set ups and changeovers.
+ Fill in for asst. operators during breaks, lunches & absences.
+ Alert Quality Assurance of any suspected material non-conformances.
+ Operate in a manner that will reduce waste and optimize usable production.
+ Participate with peers and supervisors in addressing problem areas, planning, methods and operating procedures.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
+ Available to work 1st shift (7am – 3pm)
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Good verbal & written communication skills.
+ Ability to read a tape measure in millimeters.
+ Ability to lift an average of 50 lbs.
