Job Description

Are you a self-starter looking to make a difference in the lives of others? CTF Illinois is seeking an organized and motivated professional to join our team as an Associate Director of Residential Services. The Associate Director will oversee all programming designed to enhance the skill development, health, freedom and personal dignity of individuals receiving services in the South Suburbs.

 

Overview:        

 

  • Hire, train, support & manage CILA Support Directors
  • Oversee programs for people receiving services & ensure consistent follow through by CILA Support Directors
  • Ensure each group home’s level of functionality is above minimum expectations, & perform monthly quality assurance assessments.
  • Complete QIDP paperwork including implementation strategies, monthlies, assessments, consents, & quarterly reports.
  • Complete internal investigations & incident/injury report follow-up.
  • Coordinate with other departments including, but not limited to, Human Resources and Nursing
  • Adhere to on-call rotation as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field from a four-year college or university.
  • Current QIDP certification.
  • Basic user knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and/or other PC applications.
  • At least one year of previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities 
  • Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.

  • Pay Rate: $55,000- $60,000 annually, depending on education and experience
