We Are Inspired to Serve. Join us!The On-Call Coordinator is responsible for coordinating agency service delivery functions during hours in which the office is closed.
Responsibilities
Handles all telephone calls outside of regular office hours
Accepts assignments from supervisor or designee in the form of an "evening report"
Contacts individual outside of regular office hours for assignments and scheduling
Coordinates clients' requests for services made outside of regular hours
Monitors and updates EMR accordingly
Consults with Nurse or supervisor on - call for clinical and administrative issues
Provides "on-call report" to the supervisor each morning
Position Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent
Experience in a scheduling position, preferable in private duty or home care.
Has excellent communication skills
Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
