Job Description
Title: Senior Analyst, Data Analytics
Job Location: 4 Overlook Point, Lincolnshire, IL 60069
Job Duties: Reviewing data and identifying anomalies, trends, and risks. Producing SQL code and organizing data structures to drive workflows and analyze data. Designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards to create Tableau visualizations. Developing, implementing, supporting, and maintaining data analytics protocols, standards, and documentation. Facilitating business case development and prioritizing opportunities based on Return on Investment (ROI) and feasibility assessment. Conducting business intelligence analytical projects using Agile methodologies. Documenting requirements by coordinating with different teams to ensure detailed outlining of project scope and project timelines. Building presentations for business stakeholders to communicate data story describing the overall project objectives and its impact. Identifying gaps data analytics tools and facilitating with vendors/internal teams to troubleshoot the same. Designing visualization wireframes, illustrating space allocation, content prioritization, functionalities of the end product. Work from home / telecommuting is permissible.
Minimum education and experience required : Master’s degree or the equivalent in Information Technology and Management, Computer Science, or a related filed plus one (1) year of experience in business analytics, or related experience OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Information Technology and Management, Computer Science, or a related filed plus three (3) years of experience in business analytics, or related experience
Minimum skills required: Experience with Data Preparation/Wrangling. Experience with Requirements Gathering. Experience with Project Management. Experience with Strategic Analytics. Experience with Data Governance. Experience reviewing data and identifying anomalies, trends and risks. Experience producing SQL code and organizing data structures to drive workflows and analyze data. Experience designing, developing and maintaining dashboards to create Tableau visualizations. Experience developing, implementing, supporting and maintaining data analytics protocols, standards and documentation. Experience facilitating business case development and prioritizing opportunities based on return on investment and feasibility assessment. Experience conducting business intelligence analytical projects using Agile methodologies. Employer will accept any amount of professional experience with the required skills.

Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere in between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $84,718 /year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $148,800/year (for full time employees).
