Job Description
State Inspected Slaughter house/custom processing plant, located in Champaign County. Must be available to work Monday-Friday, no weekends.
Needs to be experienced with Meat band saw, Meat grinder, Knife skills, experience breaking down 1/2 beef into retail cuts, easy pack machine, and tenderizer.
Must be able to push/pull 100+lbs or more.
