If you're interested in supporting and being responsible for processing the daily card control functions including phone support, application processing, card maintenance and other general card support, our Debit Card Services I role may be for you! We invite you to consider joining our Debit Card Services team.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer inquiries received through OTRS help tickets and participate in Card Services phone queue.
  • Monitor daily card order transmissions for errors.
  • Enter rush cards into CPI system.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all internal and external software and processes used for debit cards.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all Visa regulations.
  • Responsible for processing debit card disputes.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, and performance.
