Position Summary:
Sirius XM + Pandora is seeking a passionate, and experienced media Sales Executive to join our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) vertical sales organization. The Sales Executive will play a critical role in developing and managing successful advertising programs for media agencies, and QSR advertisers.

What you'll do:
Prospect and develop key ad agency, and brand direct relationships to effectively exceed sales goals
Create innovative, strategic, and large-scale sales proposals
Become an expert on all SXM Media product offerings including streaming, podcasts, and satellite across both direct & programmatic activation.
Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
Execute and deliver high quality responses to all RFPs, and client requests
Manage activity using Salesforce.com
Create sales presentations that incorporate industry research & campaign performance data that glean strategic go forward insights for key partners
Consult with QSR clients to develop and deliver on learning agendas and measurement plans
Consult with QSR clients to help develop and evolve their audio strategy
Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements

What you'll need:
5+ years digital advertising experience - sales experience a plus.
Prior relationships with leading interactive agencies - strong relationships across QSR clients/agencies a plus.
Deep understanding of the online advertising marketplace
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Understanding of advertising analytics, data, and performance metrics - these insights should ultimately drive client business goals.
Must be creative, smart, and passionate, as well as a problem solver and a team player who can collaborate with others.
Entrepreneurial spirit driven to achieve sales goals.
Willingness to travel when needed
Ability to develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $102,000 to $175,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
