Job Description:
Responsible forprovidingoperations support for outbound production. Manages day-to-day activities, including monitoring production service-level agreements (SLAs) and leading troubleshooting efforts. Responsible for ensuring business continuity and managing the business continuity plan (BCP) vendor processes and engagement.Partners with staff, technical leads, and business partners across the lines of business, supporting the fulfillment of critical customer communications. Works under minimal supervision.Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
+ Leadseffortsto share processing capabilities, streamlinesoperations, and enhancesoperational efficiency.
+ Supports the ability to meet critical SLAs through volume forecasting, negotiatingproduction activities with business partners, and daily production monitoring.
+ Acts astheprimary contact for production-impacting issue escalation and resolution.Identifiesand works with business partners and external vendors in problem-resolution efforts.
+ Manages business continuity vendor(s), including regular testing and company-defined vendor management activities.
+ Represents the organization as a primary contact on assigned projects. Manages the installation of small tomedium projects.
+ Coordinates testing, installation,and implementation of all system modifications business partners, internal application teams,and external vendors.
+ Serves as subject matter expert,maintainsknowledgeregardingequipment and processes.
+ Adheres to all enterprise-wide company policies and procedures. Ensures process compliance with all federal, state,and local regulatory mandates.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Management,or relatedfield
+ 6+ years ofexperience in process management, operations, people leadership,or relatedfield
+ In lieu of a degree,8+ years ofexperience in process management, operations, people leadership
Preferred Qualifications

+ Master’s Degree in Business, Operations, Management,or relatedfield
+ 8+ years ofexperience in process management, operations, people leadership
+ Lean, Six Sigma
+ SAFe Certification
+ Product Owner/Scrum Master Certification
Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $86,500.00 to $145,700.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
