The Digital Marketing Strategic Lead sits within our Customer Experience community of practice. This is a hybrid role spanning remote, client, and in-office work locations and requires occasional travel.

The following are the annual base salary ranges, commensurate with experience: Consultant: $90,000-$135,000; Manager: $135,000-$185,000. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.

Job Description

  • Leads key Customer Experience workstreams and client deliverables within the end-to-end Customer Experience process, and can assess trade-offs as necessary
  • Owns client relationships at the middle-management to VP/SVP level
  • Assesses clients' digital marketing strategy including marketing investment mix, channel strategy, channel execution effectiveness and vendor partnerships
  • Leads, mentors and coaches junior team members on best practices in digital marketing and customer experience



Experience / Qualifications

  • Experience leading, mentoring and coaching digital marketers responsible for channels including paid search, SEO, email, display, affiliate, paid and owned social
  • Strong marketing vocabulary, communicates persuasively about marketing's role in developing solutions, and is comfortable engaging and presenting with teams and stakeholders
  • Expert working knowledge and application of multiple digital marketing channels (paid search, SEO, display, email, paid social, affiliate)
  • Demonstrated track-record of working within intact or matrixed collaborative marketing teams and has a strong track record of delivering performance against marketing performance KPIs, ie ROAS, CPA, CLV, incrementality
  • Familiarity with common Ad Tech components such as Google Ads, Google/Adobe Analytics, DMPs/DSPs, etc
  • Ability to rapidly make sense of customer data and develop insights that inform marketing investment strategy
  • Strong ability to translate insights into client-facing visual presentations
  • Comfort in a hybrid work environment with sharp self-management and natural leadership skills, strong work ethic and capacity to deliver work independently and with a remote team
