What Youll Do

  • The Asset Management Team Lead provides excellent customer service while maintaining and monitoring all aspects of a regionalized portfolio with an emphasis on cancelled loans to maximize our collateral position, reduce aging, & minimizing our losses.
  • Responsible for a team of 3-5 collection representatives while maintaining invaluable business-to-business partnerships with Agents, Carriers and Insureds.
  • Supervise, coach/mentor and develop a team of collection representatives.
  • Service and manage collateral on all cancelled loans within teams portfolio.
  • Thorough investigation of complex and/or escalation issues at hand.
  • Prepare, analyze and monitor various reports.
  • Track portfolio progress and meeting departmental goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years related experience in collections preferred
  • Customer service also helpful
  • High School Degree or equivalent
