What You'll Do:
In this role you will be responsible for the back-end web development of a mid-to-large market benefit administration platform, utilizing C#, ASP .NET MVC, Entity Framework and SQL Server.
You will be part of a team that is tasked with finding solutions to allow for efficiency and scalability for larger populations of users.
This platform is built and deployed to Microsoft Azure cloud, where you can explore and implement cloud based solutions to solve business challenges.
Design and develop enhancements and new functionality on web-based platforms.
Meet programming standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards
Participate in Agile Product Development and Ceremonies.
Identify work process improvements, and implement innovative technology initiatives
Plan programming projects by confirming program objectives and specifications.
What you'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Technology related field (Master's preferred) or equivalent experience
7+ years of professional level development
Expert knowledge of relational database concepts; experience with T-SQL a plus.
Demonstrable expertise with C# and .NET Framework (version 5+)
Experience using Entity Framework
What We Would Like:
Microsoft Azure familiarity; App Services, App Insights, Event Hubs, Storage Accounts, Storage Blobs
Understanding Containerized applications; Docker and Kubernetes
Unit testing experience (Jest, xUnit and Moq)
