Job Description

Growing innovative technology company that manufactures connectivity products is looking for a 2nd shift Production Supervisor. This Production Supervisor would be managing a team of production employees and activities to assure production is following company policies and regulations. You would be developing the production schedules, allocating labor and capital resources, documentation and reporting and ensuring budgets, schedules and performance requirements are being met.

2nd shift opportunity M-F 3:30pm-12am. This would be overseeing a team of about 15 that includes Leads and production and they are projecting to grow the team to 40. Growing startup that in just a couple of years has grown to over 130 employees and $40MM in annual revenue. Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field, or equivalent vocational or technical education
-5+ in manufacturing
-Leadership experience
-Bilingual with English and Spanish
