Primary Responsibilities
In the role of Central Region Digital Delivery Lead we will count on you to:

Lead the development, growth and resources of the Digital Delivery practice for the Central Region to support Transportation Engineering and Construction teams. Responsible for standardizing and growing regional Digital Delivery Program to support VDC/BIM, Data Acquisition, 3D Clash Detection, 4D Construction Phasing, 5D Cost Estimation, Information Management and Digital Asset Management across various sectors within the Transportation industry.

This role will work in close coordination with regional Project Controls, Geospatial Information Management, and Visualization & Interactive Design teams to enhance project delivery within the region through effective use of technology related services.

Work closely with Area Digital Delivery Managers to oversee development of Regional/Area BIM Standards, best practices, training, knowledge sharing networks, technology implementation and thought leadership while establishing regional presence to support growth of Digital Delivery practice within the Central region.

Coordinate BIM and Digital Delivery standards and practices, project needs, and resources with other Regional Digital Delivery Leads across all business groups.

Demonstrated experience leading and supporting internal organizations and digital delivery practice groups to establish standard workflows and best practices, training materials, and to create a network of support for production staff's understanding of digital delivery and model centric design.

Engage in software evaluation, testing and vendor feedback in coordination with the Applied Technology Office.

Oversee the regions opportunities, pursuits, and projects in coordination with Data Acquisition and Digital Delivery Director. Support regional areas project reviews, scope and fee creation, go/no go procedures, and digital delivery risk profile.

Identify appropriate staffing needs through working with regional and area leadership in building the Digital Delivery team and BIM Staff to enable successful Digital Delivery of Projects.

Serve as Digital Delivery Principal in Charge for Regional Mega Projects, working with BIM Project Managers to appropriately staff Digital Delivery projects and develop scope and fee of Digital Delivery services, writing and enforcing BIM Execution Plans, establishing and communicating standards, protocols and best practices while working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.

Perform BIM Project Management duties as required on select projects with Digital Delivery requirements.

Be knowledgeable regarding agencies and clients within the region transitioning to or requiring BIM and Digital Delivery.

Work with the office of Quality Management to establish and maintain best practices for performing thorough quality control (QA/QC) of models and sheet files for standards compliance and discipline coordination.

Ability to lead the setup, implementation, and oversight of projects Common Data Environments with support of application specialists.
