Job Description
Description:
Will be working on the inspection of the different metal parts. The candidate will use a micrometer, caliper, and comparator.
Will be using a CMM machine for inspection. The candidate will need to program CMM long term.
Will take parts from production and run them through the quality process
80% of the day will be inspection and documentation.
15% of the day will be CMM
5% will be more general duties such as cleaning work area and filing paperwork.
Skills:
Mitotoyo, vision system, gd&t, internal audit, micrometer, calipers, blueprint
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST:
-Mitotoyo Vison Systems
-Understanding of GD&T using instruments
-Experience with Internal Auditing
-Technical Mindset
PLUS HAVE:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering
Experience Level:
Intermediate Level
