Job Description
Currently looking for a new opportunity to leverage your experience in finance, accounting, or project coordination? If so, we are currently hiring for multiple Accounting Coordinator/ financial specialists supporting a fortune 500 organization. You will be supporting the financial closeout activities of IT project across the organization by: tracking request capital expenditures, reconciling purchase orders with received assets, identifying missing assets by partnering with internal stakeholders or external vendors, and submitting project close out notifications.
You will be responsible for…
• Tracking designated Request Capital Expenditure as assigned by the Business Office RCE team• Update Asset Information Form
• Prepare Project Closeout Notification (PCN) for signature
• Monitor closing of designated RCE
• Aid with closing out aged RCE’s
• Track down serial number per PO working with vendor
• Identified location of assets
• Obtain asset tags for domestic asset missing tags
• Managing International Charge back
• Email communication to the Project Managers
• Capitalize the assets into the Fixed Asset module in SAP
You will be a great fit with…
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel, v-lookup, and pivot table
+ Proficient in SAP – Project Systems and Fixed Asset Module
+ Strong analytical skills with finance and accounting reconciliation experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration or equivalent experience
+ 1 – 2 years of IT Finance/Accounting experience.
