- Ability to effectively prioritize and organize a substantial amount of work
- Data base management of all relevant documents
- Study, analyze and review complex legal documents
- Assist attorney with a variety of case tasks
Requirements – General familiarity with litigation- Discovery experience
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Exhibits experience
- Well-founded grasp of Civil Litigation
- Comprehensive knowledge of PACER
- Experience with e-Filing
- Relativity experience
- Possessing an understanding of word processing and spreadsheets is desired
- Detailed, accurate, and an ability to handle confidential information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
- Ability to take ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
- Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement
