Job Description
Aon Consulting, Inc., an Aon company, seeks a Global Benefits Senior Actuary in Chicago, Illinois to perform global benefits actuarial analysis. Lead the maintenance and growth of actuarial services client portfolio. Lead and support an actuarial team and provide analytical coaching to team members and actuarial students. Serve as lead financial expert in client meetings. Conduct actuarial peer reviews. Maintain knowledge of actuarial and global benefits industries, market, and competitors in order to anticipate external market trends, internal health and benefits needs, and client needs. Lead and support international actuarial health and benefits development initiatives. Manage actuarial global benefits consulting projects, clients, and finances. Perform business development activities from an actuarial perspective. May work from home one day per week. May travel to various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.
