Job Description
Physician, Hospice & Palliative Care: Provide hospice and palliative care to patients at the facilities in Carbondale, Herrin, and Murphysboro-Illinois. Req. M.D. or Professional Equivalent Level Degree in Medicine; Illinois Medical License eligible; and 12 months of ACGME Fellowship program in Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
