Call Center Representative Opportunity in Des Plaines, IL – 100% On-site – Competitive Salary – Call Center Experience Preferred – Strong Retail Experience Considered!

Schedule

M-F, 8:30-5:30 CST

Training: 8:00-5:00 CST for 2 months

Job Duties

- Traditional responsibilities which mean they will be placing and tracking orders/processing returns, and answering customers’ questions and concerns.

- Candidates will receive inbound phone calls and be entering orders.

- Dealing with salespeople to make sure that customers are happy.

- Scheduling service calls to repair copiers at client companies.

- Scheduling and explaining calls on their leases.

- Data entry on basic MS Excel spreadsheets and ERP software.

- Sending emails using Outlook to clients and salespeople.

Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVES:

- Strong Retail Experience or Office (1+ years)

- Must be able to communicate over the phone and email

- HS Diploma

NICE HAVES:

-Call center experience

-Retail supervisor experience

SOFT SKILLS:

- Be willing to work in a call center environment

- Prior experience being detail-orientated in a data entry job

- Prior experience doing customer service

- They will have to talk to several different types of personalities over the phone from their client companies

-Leadership

-Quick learner

-Multitasker

-Ability to self-manage
