You will work with the change management team to support delivering end-to-end change, communications & training, including all change activities across a portfolio of assigned projects. You will have a deep knowledge of change management and understanding of how to leverage critical stakeholders to implement changes across large intricate global projects.
What you’ll do
+ Lead the development of change impact assessment, communication and training strategies and plans, including conducting background research and content development to support finance projects and initiatives.
+ Implement and own Change Impact Workshops to access the change and summarize accordingly, as well as the training needs analysis, training strategy and plan, with sound knowledge of Articulate 360.
+ Build change capabilities in people managers through co-designing and facilitating interventions, delivering training programs, mentoring, coaching, and leading to an enterprise-wide embedded and sustained change approach.
+ Understand principles and concepts that underpin change management and ability to advise on a good practice approach to business change.
+ Lead the narrative that is shared with key partners and the wider business and work directly with executive-level and key project team members, briefing executive audiences where needed.
+ Effectively prepare executives for changes, deliver key messages, and assess changes occurring across a portfolio of projects, create a portfolio dashboard/view, and plan change management activities accordingly
+ Map the dynamics of multiple changes across various business segments, regions and stakeholder groups and identify interdependencies across the project.
+ Translate project information and data into compelling visuals that support project/initiatives’ business objectives
+ Work well at a fast pace and with complexity and ambiguity to flex to changes in business focus.
+ Uncover problems, evaluate new concepts and ideas, and identify recommendations and solutions.
+ Diagnose needs through various methods, such as focus groups, engagement data, interviews, workshops
+ Experience in customer management on delicate/sensitive programs’ ability to impact peers and leaders; and able to gain consensus to enable change to happen through others.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication, including presentation skills and a proven track record to develop, maintain and enhance relationships with various internal and external contacts.
+ Strong project management and organizational skills and a high awareness of the project and program context and subject area. Fully competent at planning, risk management, and dependency management.
+ Proactively communicate with the Global Change Director and Platform Senior Director on project change management needs and provides updates across assigned projects.
+ Design and implement communications programs to drive employee engagement.
+ Build collaboration between members of various departments including, but not limited to, Finance, Digital & Technology, Marketing, Procurement, People/HR and external vendors.
Potential to supervise and assign responsibilities to more junior members of the change team. It also provides informal assistance such as technical guidance and training to coworkers. Coordinates and assigns tasks to co-workers within a work unit and project.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Organizational Change, Change Management, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s Degree preferred. Minimum 8+ years of work experience in leading and managing large-scale initiatives and projects
PROSCI certification preferred
Storyline 360 required
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using a distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on sophisticated topics to audiences.
Requires knowledge of financial terms, concepts and accounting principles and the ability interpret financial transactions.
Strong digital literacy, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum pay rate for the Senior Global Change Manager position is $100 per hour and the maximum hourly pay rate for the position is $125. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
