On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Navy surface warfare training. You'll collaborate with program leadership to review contracts, project cost accounting, and tactical planning using tools like MS Project and regular interactions with SMEs and the Navy client. You Have:

5+ years of experience with project management supporting a Federal Agency

3+ years of experience supporting a DoD Acquisition Program Office

Experience managing facilities, maintenance or engineering activities and leading staff and developing facility sustainment, restoration and modernization plans including for Navy training programs

Ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams and internal and external stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment, adjust to shifting priorities, and solve problems quickly

Ability to analyze selected systems and components to develop systems and facilities engineering documentation as well as Lifecycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs)

Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

Experience performing systems and facilities, mechanical, electrical system, structural, and maintenance engineering analyses

Ability conduct engineering investigations and Critical Design Reviews (CDRs) for the preparation of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and technical directives

PMP certification

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
