We have an opportunity for a Parts Coordinator to join our Plainfield, Illinois team. In the Parts Coordinator role, you will clean and organize parts room racks. Assist Lead Parts Coordinator with putting away parts, truck restocking and part holds as needed. Your mechanical aptitude, organizational skills, and willingness to learn and grow with our company will be the keys to your success as a Parts Coordinator.
You will:
Report directly to the Service/Branch Manager
Maintain a consistently neat and clean parts department.
Administer an effective process for pulling and staging parts when completing the technicians' parts order requests.
Retrieve and stage technicians' parts order requests in a timely and accurate manner.
Receive and store incoming shipments of parts.
Work in collaboration with all other departments to maintain adequate supplies and inventories.
Work in collaboration with all other departments on any special projects, inventories, and re-warehousing.
Work in a safe manner, observe all safety rules and regulations, and report all work-related injuries immediately.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Problem solving and critical thinking skills
Customer service and relationship building skills
Ability to use basic hand tools, familiarity with power tools.
Position requires regular bending, stooping, kneeling and ability to lift 75 pounds.
