Job Description
Growing medical equipment supplier is looking for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist would be responsible for ensuring that each touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging, efficient and effective to bridge the gap between the customer and their brand while uncovering new sales opportunities. You would be driving customer retention and increasing customer satisfaction and uncovering new sales opportunities post-sale. You would be responsible for outbound calls to generate sales for service contracts, billable service, PM's, service parts, warranties, etc.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 1-2 years of inside sales and/or customer service experience within a corporate environment
* Oracle NetSuite ERP experience a plus
* Microsoft Office Suite
