Aon is looking for a Virtual, Healthcare Industry Growth & Engagement Leader!
Aon is recruiting for an engagement manager to join Aon's Strategy and Technology Group. The successful candidate will lead engagements supporting a range of collaborators in the healthcare industry in addressing complexities they face with innovative solutions.Role Responsibilities:
Serve as the central contact with clients, ensuring Aon presents a coherent and efficient face of Aon.
Lead a collaborative client team from various parts of the Aon organization in producing accurate, timely, and effectively-communicated goals.
Lead project planning at the beginning of and at benchmarks within client projects.
Support primary and secondary research and other activities in support of client engagements and business development.
Support business development, including developing proposals, coordinating individual pursuit processes, and organizing the overall pipeline.
Support and participate in thought leadership creation.Skills and experience that will lead to success:
3+ years in a management consulting or corporate strategy or project management role, 5+ years total professional experience.
Experience planning and leading projects.
Experience with client relationship management.
Experience in healthcare is a plus, but willingness to learn is more important.

The salary range for this position is $118,100 to $175,000 base salary annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This is not inclusive of target incentives.
