Description:

Lab Tech-Micro

- Performs Bioburden testing on Med Device products and supports Micro team

- Media preparation and sterilization utilizing aseptic technique during sample preparation.

- Recognizes malfunctions in laboratory equipment and either notify management or performs simple repairs.

- Perform preventative maintenance laboratory housekeeping.

- Follow all procedures related to data documentation, laboratory safety, and good laboratory practices.

- Will train on USP 61 and USP 62

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Biology or Microbiology

- Minimum 6 months experience with aseptic technique

-Minimum 6 months experience with Bioburden

-GMP Lab experience minimum 6 months experience

BEST:

- USP-61 or USP-62 experience

- Prefer worked within pharmaceuticals or medical device

-Would also consider 3rd party testing labs and food micro labs
