Responsibilities
Direct the design, development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies for contracts and contract performance.
+ Develop and implement policies and procedures which guide and direct national contract compliance and performance.
+ Applies project management techniques throughout the contracting process and communicatewith associates and vendors about opportunities, timelines and awards.
+ Collaborate with leaders on contract strategy and the evaluation and implementation of contracted products and services.
+ Oversee the review and evaluation of contracting processes and compliance with accrediting and regulatory agency requirements.
+ Negotiate contracts with business partners including advising management regarding contractual rights,obligations, risks and other contractual matters.
Requirements
Education:
+ High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree required.
+ Master’s degree preferred.
Work Experience:
+ 5 years of experience required.
+ 10 years of experience preferred.
+ 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
+ 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
