Delivering in the cloud is vastly different from traditional system implementations and our change professionals drive implementation success. We simplify the journey to Cloud-enabled workforce while increasing the pace of key stakeholder engagement and reducing the cost of end user adoption.

We have a strong, proven OCM methodology and are looking for talented, energetic, individuals with a knack for designing solutions to meet the client where they are at, building customer relationships to increase their change agility, and solving problems to ensure changes become habits.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities align with our delivery approach that’s focused on delivery excellence and the customer experience:

+ Plan, analyze and execute the Change Management deliverables such as creating a change management strategy (including stakeholder engagement strategy, communication strategy and end user enablement strategy, just to name a few), capturing change impacts and aligning plans and activities to address those impacts

+ Leverage our methodology to educate clients about how to manage change and position them well for adopting their new Oracle systems

+ Exceed customer expectations by developing and delivering outstanding communications, presentations, analysis, creative thinking, and solutions

+ Contribute to knowledge sharing, team development, team morale and coaching

+ Contribute to our methodology and IP to continually improve our capabilities

+ Create new Change Management innovations

A Day in the Life

Plan: Consultants adapt the overall Change Management strategy, change impact tool, change impact summary, communication plan, and change readiness for client projects.

Analyze: Consultants assist in analyzing the effectiveness of the change effort at key milestones leading up to the implementation date. They present the results to client leadership and assist with making recommendations to improve understanding and buy-in of the anticipated changes.

Execute: Consultants execute the change strategy by leading change impact assessment efforts, execute the communication plan by writing the content and coordinating end user enablement solutions with Oracle University. Consultants are our customers’ trusted advisors by delivering excellence, clearly communicating the methodology, action items and recommendations and exceeding customer expectations. Our best consultants are strong relationship builders who revel in the opportunity to learn a customer’s business to understand how best to bring change activities to life.

Build the practice: Consultants improve our Change Management practice by contributing to methodology, assets, knowledge sharing and developing talent. Consultants will occasionally lead internal practice calls, learning sessions and talent development.

To be successful in this role, you:

+ Possess 2+ years of management consulting change leadership experience across multiple industries

+ Have experienced Cloud transformation(s)/implementations(s), preferably Oracle ERP or Oracle HCM

+ Have a curious mind and demonstrate a passion for customer success, delivery excellence and developing talent

+ Are a self-starter, confident, driven with strong organizational skills

+ Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to build rapport

+ Have excellent presentation skills coupled with an ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple manner

+ Have a proven ability to work with uncertainty and solve problems

+ Are able to travel, when required

Hiring Range: from $24.86 to $60.63 per hour; from $51,700 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
