Part-Time Hours: 3:30PM – 7:30PM or 4PM – 8PM Starting Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour Additional 10% weekend pay differential Every other weekend hours are a requirement for this role. Job description: Responsible for serving residents in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner. Shows a personal interest in each resident by becoming familiar with the culinary likes and dislikes using active listening skills. Maintains a calm and composed disposition at all times. Handles food and utensils in a safe and sanitary manner. Requirements: * Must be caring, compassionate and enjoys working with senior adults * Must be a team player * Must have a positive outlook and good problem solving skills * Must maintain excellent attendance * Maintains neat, professional appearance
