Duties and Responsibilities 
 Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Code and enter study data databases.
Participate in research study visits (e.g., administering semi-structured research interviews and questionnaires, communicating with participants, conducting phone surveys).
Attend weekly lab meetings.
Assist with research participant recruitment.
Lead independent research projects as interested.
Perform related study duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience 
 Bachelor's degree in related field and zero-one year of related experience.
Qualifications 
 Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to interact with research participants in an empathetic and professional manner.
Ability to deal calmly and courteously with people.
Ability to finish tasks in a timely manner.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions and established procedures.
Ability speak Dari, Farsi, Arabic, or Urdu strongly preferred.
Certificates/Credentials/Licenses 
 Minimum Education and/or Work Experience:

 

Education Required: Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.
Experience Required: None. Preferred: Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or experience working with research data.
