Job Description
About the Role

Work with the Head ofFoodserviceto develop account specific business plans and measure performance against set standards.

Maintain and develop existing and new state-based end-user groups relationships to optimize net sales and profit- quality of services and business growth.

Develop / secure new business opportunities with state-based accounts by developing and negotiating business plans supported with performance related agreement to profitably grow volume and share with state-based accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Work with the Head of Foodservice to develop account specific business plans and measure performance against set standards.

Sell to targeted new accounts (Focusing on specific channels and categories).

Establish/ negotiate and lock plans into agreement in line with company policies and budget.

Communicate standards and customer commitments to the field and follow-up the implementation at the operational level.

The ability to develop and work with state-based accounts and internal units to develop tailored product solutions.

Monitor performance and compliance to agreement- taking corrective action where appropriate.

About You

Food Service experience

Strong Entrepreneurial spirit and hunger for sales

High commercial and sales acumen

Foodservice & FMCG related background

Key account management

Proficient in using Microsoft Office

Sales experience at a state-based and account management level

Minimum 2-3 years' sale experience in FMCG company.
