Position Highlights:
*Position: Unit Concierge - 2 WH OB/Antepartum
*Location: Evanston Hospital
*Full Time/Part Time: Part-Time (24 hrs/week)
*Hours: Rotating shift; 11:00PM-7:00PM, 3:00PM-11:00PM with rotating weekends
What you will need:
*License: N/A
*Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
*Certification: N/A
*Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience required or 1 year of college and 1 year of work experience required
*Skills: Proficiency with word processing and computer skills required
What you will do:
*Coordinate non-clinical duties of the nursing unit
*Enter patient charges in computer
*Coordinate patient flow of admissions and discharges
*Order supplies
*Customer service to patients, families, nurses, physicians and other support departments
*Answer phones and relay messages as appropriate
*Proactively identifies need for service recovery and follow up of resolution
