Company in Saint Charles manufacturers coatings for various industries; automotive, military, and other manufacturing industries. They have an extrusion process to create the power coatings. 4-5 lines that produce their product and currently expanding their operations.
Multiple openings for Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician on all shifts!!!
Troubleshooting production machinery
Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
Replace motors, sensors, relays, switches
Follow PM schedule
Maintain mixers, blenders, mills, injectors, extruders and conveyors
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Maintenance Mechanic experience 1-5+ years
Basic Electrical experience up to 480v
Ability to use multi-meter to trace a circuit
Understanding of electrical schematics
Ability to lift 50lbs. and stand, crouch, crawl under machines for 8 hour shift
Experience with blenders, mixers or extrusion
Experience with powder production equipment
