Position Summary

Job Description Summary

Senior Managers in the Digital practice assist clients with the planning and implementation of Cloud software. In this role, Managers lead members of the team and work in conjunction with other Huron and client team members throughout the entire implementation lifecycle including planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live and post-production support. This position requires significant travel.

Managers are responsible to:

- Demonstrate proficiency in the following:

o Project Management methodology

o Identification of business process modifications

o Complex design document creation

o Testing approach for script development and execution

o End-user training development and execution

o Change management design and execution

- Manage multiple project teams simultaneously at disparate locations

- Identify and proactively mitigate project risks

- Foster working relationships with client personnel at all levels

- Facilitate and leads client meetings

- Develop team work plans and coordinates project team activities

- Directs client and consulting resources with day-to-day duties

- Manage client deliverables, project budget, and quality assurance

- Coach and mentors Analysts and Associates

- Actively participate in practice and business development initiatives

- Manage engagement economics including financial forecast, burn rates, and AR

- Develop statement of work and manages change orders

Qualifications

+ Huron requires a Bachelor’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience

+ 4-6 years of related experience implementing Workday

+ Must have Core HCM and Compensation experience.

+ Advanced Compensation experience would be a plus.

+ 4+ years of related project leadership experience

Preferred Skills & Experience:

+ Should have Workday certification in the following: Core HCM, and Compensation

+ Prior experience as a Workday HCM functional lead

+ Prior management consulting experience in HR transformation

+ Institutional strategic planning; Project financial management, client executive relationship management and; multiple cradle to grave implementation experience

+ Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration

+ The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions

+ The ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration

+ Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams

+ A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies

+ Willingness to travel up to 50%

+ The estimated base salary range for this job is $130,000 – $180,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $149,500 – $225,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
