Job Description
About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for a recently graduated or bachelor/master student interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz asScheduling & Logistics Intern. This role will be based in Plasmon Factory in Latina (LT). You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.
Depending on your profile, your experience and interests you will be supporting one of the following team: Logistics and Scheduling. During the internship you will be enrolled in both strategic and tactical projects, besides being involved in daily operational activities.

Purpose of the job

Support in scheduling of raw materials and packs materials activities.

TheScheduling Internwill be involved in:
Supporting for scheduling activities and maintaining delivery times of material into the systems;
Supporting for maintaini min-max levelng safety stock ands, re-order points, MRP forecasted demand in order to reduce lead times while at the same time reducing excess inventory exposure;
Entering and generating purchase orders into the system;
Analyzing MRP requirements and scheduling ingredients deliveries dates;
Participate in weekly operational meetings with the carriers to review performance KPIs and open issues;
Back up of raw material scheduler covering his/her absences.

TheLogistics Internwill be involved in:
Managementof warehouseactivities,processes and accounting;
Management of Raw Materials and Finished Goods receipt and stock;
Support daily, weekly and monthly production scheduling activities;
Support warehouse management to run operations efficiently and in accordance with safety;
Materials picking list needed in daily and weekly production activities.

Qualifications

Hard Skills
EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included)
Education: graduated or graduating with full marks from University in Engineering Studies (management and mechanical are preferred).
IT Knowledge: strong MS Office skills (great command of Excel), good knowledge of other analytic tools, basic knowledge of... For full info follow application link.
