Job Description
Ecolab has an opening for an Associate Logistics Analyst- Data Integrity within our transportation department. Under the direction oflogistics leadership, and with accuracy, efficiency, and Ecolab's best interest as a priority this positionwill be accountable forestablishing and maintaining our carriers master data across multiple systems. This role will also help develop procedures and troubleshoot issues across the team.
What You Will Do
Maintain carrier Master Data - Partnerwith AP Master Data Team, Procurement, and internal Transportation Admin to ensure carrier data alignment is correct in the multiple systems and per the contracts including currency, vendor number/SCAC's, payment terms, incoterms etc.
Analyze carrier records and lead data clean-up efforts.
Problem solve andtroubleshoot issues with carrier data setups.
Own the new carrier setup Process from the Transportation Administration point of view to ensure all information is setup properly, communicate requirementsand utilize carrier business model to establish best practices.
Partner with Accounts Payable on Credits and Duplicate Payment investigations and resolutions.
Create and ownTransportation Admin Carrier Scorecarddata.
Support additional Transportation Admin requests when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Previous work experience in Procurement, Logistics or Accounts Payable
Strong understanding of transportation contracts, rates, cost to serve and transportation networks
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to work well in ambiguous situations
Strong communication skills
Reporting and data validation Experience
Outstanding attention to detail
Ability to exercise independent judgment and to work in a team
Within commutable distance to a EC3 facility

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP/ERP and TMS systems (MercuryGate and GT Nexus)
Project management experience
Power BI or Tableau experience
Experience working with large amounts of data
Transportation experience
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:50,000-65,000
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range is based on full-time 40 hours per week. Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation for a potential new employee such as education, training, experience, work location, travel (if required), etc.
