Job Description
Director of Technical Development (Chicago, IL). Lead the overall technical development program of the federation. Promote and elicit thinking about game development, talent identification and talent development. Develop a soccer identity and a high-performance environment in the U.S. Develop an accessible soccer development program at the grassroots level. Mentor all national team coaches of the federation (both genders – U15 to first team). Lead the Pro License Program: Course for Professional coaches at the highest level of the game. Must have 24 months of experience as a soccer coach educator for a national soccer governing authority. No education requirement.
